Indian spices combine with caffeine free rooibos. Our house made masala mix is spicy with a kick of black pepper and the wonderful aroma of cinnamon and cardamom. The rooibos base has a much milder flavor than the Assam found in Masala Chai, and it’s a great drink to enjoy in the evening.
Tasting Notes: Ginger, citrus, black pepper, cardamom, curry, spicy, mild honeysuckle.
Drinking Recommendation: Hot with warmed milk and sugar.
Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

Steeping Information
Steep 5 minutes at 212ºF (100ºC)Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Herbal Tea
