Who knew flowers could be so tart? Made from the dried sepals of the Roselle plant, hibiscus tea has a full, tangy flavor and a deep red liquor. Currants, apples, and other fruits lend their sweetness to round out the perfect summertime refresher.

Tasting Notes: Blueberries, cranberries, pomegranate, lemon, juicy.

Drinking Recommendation: Iced with sweetener, no milk.

Product Note: 1 ounce of loose-leaf tea typically yields 5 to 8 cups of tea.

This is one of my favorite kinds of tea!
I'm sure it would be good cold, but I usually drink it hot with a spoonful of honey. I love the fact that it's non-caffeinated, so I can drink it at night.
I don't even use a tea strainer for my berry tea. It might be weird, but since it's mostly dried fruit I just eat the rehydrated pieces with my tea.
If you like fruity, berry flavors, I highly recommend that you try hibiscus berry tea.
