One of our Downton Abbey teas, this complex herbal tea has tart berries, warm cinnamon, and a touch of rooibos. We feel that this sums up our beloved Violet Crawley in more ways than one!

Steep 5 minutes at 212ºF (100ºC)Start with 1 tsp of loose tea, then add 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For example, a 16oz teapot will use 3 tsp of tea.Herbal Tea
